Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. PT (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday will begin processing on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–3 business days.

Shipping Fee

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $50.

  • Orders under $50 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • If you select expedited or paid shipping at checkout for an order over $50, free shipping eligibility will be waived.

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.

Returns (Tea Products)

Due to food safety regulations, all tea sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on tea products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
