Step onto The Ladder of Time at YIYE—an immersive, 90-minute vertical tasting journey through the iconic terroir of Bulang Mountain. Guided by our tea master, you will explore how time tames the fierce, wild character of Bulang Raw Puerh, evolving it into a silky, complex brew. Hosted in an intimate setting limited to 6 guests, this guided workshop offers a deep dive into artisanal tea appreciation—from dry-leaf sensory analysis to multi-steeping side-by-side comparisons.

Guided Tasting & Flavor Mapping:
Savor 3–4 core steepings of each vintage. Map your sensory notes on your personal flavor card as our tea master highlights shifts in mouthfeel, bitterness, and aftertaste.

Spent Leaf Analysis & Discussion:
Examine the brewed leaves side-by-side in porcelain dishes to understand tea vitality and craftsmanship, followed by an open Q&A and sharing session.
